In today’s market and with the cost of everything going up alarmingly it was more important than ever that we shopped around for the best prices. As much as I wanted to stay loyal to the brokers we’ve been using for years – loyalty often comes at a higher price. M&DH, however, exceeded my expectations coming straight back at me with a proposal that not only showed great customer service but loyalty to us as a policy holder. I’m very busy and I often miss calls – M&DH simply dropped me an email to say they had tried to call. Very refreshing not to be hounded with multiple voicemails.
