“I write to you, to make you aware of what a fantastic job M&DH has done for us, you have sourced and provided us with an insurance policy, that fits our needs, at what I believe to be good value. To achieve this, it has taken an incredible amount of effort and patience by your staff, so many dismiss such a complex customer requirement along with the effort required, looking for the low hanging fruit, without considering the customer. Regretfully it has highlighted to me that we may have had the wrong product in the past.”
