I lead a very busy team always chasing deadlines and although I wanted to review our insurance cover never seemed to have enough time to organise this. M&DH was persistent but not overly so in phoning and requesting information. In the end and at the 11th hour due to my tardiness, he managed to get our company signed up with a very good saving in our motor fleet insurance.
