“As our company insurance renewal date approached we were approached by M&DH Insurance Services Ltd who asked if we would give them the opportunity to provide us with a quote. As like any other business, especially during a pandemic, we were keen to save money where we could but not compromise our level of cover. My contact with M&DH was incredibly down to earth and ‘normal’, and they answered every question I had without coming across as patronising. They asked questions about our business and suggested areas we may have overlooked in our previous policy. At no point did I feel M&DH was selling a product, but that M&DH was supporting us as a growing company and ensuring we had the right level of cover. We were given three options for a payment plan too which also is crucial for cash flow. The aftercare service has been friendly and professional with both the accounts and customer care departments, and I cannot fault their service at all. I would highly recommend M&DH for your insurance needs.”
