As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, #TeamMDH participated in an inspiring Mental Health Workshop hosted by Untold. It was an incredibly informative session where we learned how dwelling on the past or worrying about the future can contribute to depression and anxiety. Instead, we explored the importance of focusing on the present moment and the things within our control.
