Serena’s perfect weekend would be spent with family, friends and her dogs! A blend of being sociable and having downtime at home reading and walking her dogs in the countryside.

What country would you most like to visit and why?
Serena would love to visit Bali for its stunning beauty, cultural heritage and beautiful beaches. Her grandfather spent many years living in the region so she would like to visit in honour of his memories and heartwarming stories of his life there.
What is your dream car?
Emily has many dream cars; however, the standout car is a Jeep Wrangler!
What do I enjoy outside of work?
Emily spends most of her time on the football sidelines watching both of her boys play for their various teams. Emily also enjoys spending her Saturday afternoons at the local Karate dojo and hopes that she will earn her black belt one day.
What genre of music do you listen to most, and who is your favourite artist?
Emily enjoys a wide range of music, stemming from country music to rock music. To back this, she is a massive fan of Jordan Davis and Linkin Park.
What is your career background?
Prior to working at M&DH, Adeel has 6 years experiences as a sales executive in a car dealership and 1 year as a finance broker. Adeel has a vast amount of experience and knowledge within sales/finance. Adeel has joined M&DH to transfer his experience and knowledge within sales, as well as refining his own skillset to grow as a salesman.
What do I enjoy outside of work?
Outside of work, Adeel loves travelling and exploring different countries and indulging within their cultures. Adeel plays football in a Saturday league (fun fact, James Corden is the chairman). Adeel is a massive Arsenal fan.

Adeel’s dream car is a LaFerrari.
What is your career background?
Sani holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering and brings over three years of experience in software testing to M&DH. After briefly working in software development, she discovered her true passion for testing and has since dedicated her career to this field. Sani is enthusiastic about furthering her growth and deepening her expertise in software testing.
What country would you like to visit most and why?
Sani wishes to explore the Middle East for its rich history and vibrant cultures. She is especially intrigued by the ancient civilisations and the distinctive mix of traditions that the region offers.
What made you want to work for M&DH?
Sani started at M&DH to elevate her career and further develop her knowledge in software testing. She is really excited about the opportunity to grow professionally at M&DH. The company’s commitment to innovation and development aligns perfectly with her goals. What do you enjoy outside of work?
Outside of work Sarah cherishes spending quality time with friends and family. Whether it’s sharing meals, going on weekend outings, or simply relaxing together at home, these moments allow me to connect with my loved ones and recharge.
In addition to family time, Sarah has a passion for reading. Diving into a good book is her favourite way to unwind. Fiction that sparks her imagination or non-fiction that deepens her knowledge. Together these activities provide a perfect balance to my work life.
What country would you like to visit most and why?
Sarah would love to visit Japan. The blend of modern innovation and deep-rooted traditions fascinate her. From exploring the bustling streets of Tokyo and experiencing its cutting-edge technology to visiting serene temples, Japan offers unique contrast between old and new. The culture, cuisine and hospitality are renowned worldwide, making it her dream destination for me to experience firsthand.

Love a bit of alternative rock, perhaps infused with some hardcore funk, or disco, or even (shhhh) some 80’s electronic pop. There are so many great artists out there so difficult to choose, but my favourite member of a band is Flea, probably the best bassist to ever walk the earth (with possibly the best name as well!)
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Outside of work Harry enjoys playing a variety of sports, mainly, squash, tennis and the up-and-coming padel tennis. Furthermore, Harry has been trying to learn German for the last year as he really enjoys the deutsche Kultur.

Harry’s dream car is a Ferrari F12 Berlinetta in Grey.
What made you want to work for M&DH?
Harry grew up playing football locally in Bedford, where M&DH sponsor local leagues. So, when he began his job search, he remembered the positive impact M&DH had had on his local community growing up. Impressed by M&DH’s presence in the local community he did not hesitate to apply after deciding he wanted to pursue a career in Insurance.
What made you want to work for M&DH?
Olivia studied Business Management and Spanish at university and wanted a career within the insurance industry. M&DH stood out for her as they offer a great training scheme and have very supportive staff.
What country would you most like to visit and why?
Olivia would like to visit Australia to see family and friends and enjoy the beaches.
Describe your perfect weekend?
Olivia’s perfect weekend would involve going out with friends for dinner and drinks or into London for the day. On Sunday she enjoys watching TV or going out for a roast dinner.
What made you want to work for M&DH?
After finishing sixth form and accepting a place at university, Luis chose not to proceed with the route he had initially chosen. This was because he was repeatedly drawn back to the valuable reputation that M&DH has for itself and the variety of career opportunities that it has to offer. It is the fast paced and dynamic work atmosphere of M&DH that made Luis want to be a part of the company.
What 3 things do you like to spend your salary on?
Liverpool tickets, holidays with the lads and a few beers with a curry.

What is your career background?
After previously studying law at university, Will decided to start his career in corporate foreign exchange management, before moving into a London based investment firm. His experience in corporate and commercial law assists him to provide excellent service in the insurance industry.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Outside of work, Will enjoys racing both cars and motorbikes and regularly travels abroad to do so.

Will’s dream car is a Maserati MC12.

Luca enjoys playing football for his local team and travelling around the country to watch his favourite team derby county.

What is your career background?
Huss is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of industry experience from FTSE 100 teams and Private equity backed groups with buy and build strategies.
Huss is passionate in supporting business growth and building high performing teams. He has expertise in financial control and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting which will help propel M&DH Insurance Services vision of growth to new heights.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Huss is a keen cricketer, so when he gets some free time away from the family, he will try to get a few competitive games in.

As an accountant, Huss wouldn’t want to invest in a depreciating asset, so what better than a Ferrari Enzo.
What is your greatest achievement?
Julie’s greatest achievements in life are her three wonderful children that are all grown up now but continue to make her so happy and proud.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Julie enjoys all things crafty and loves to have a go at anything creative. She especially enjoys cake decorating. She also has a keen interest in wildlife and is a big fan of Sir David Attenborough and his life’s work.
What country would you most like to visit and why?
Julie would love to visit Australia for the amazing sites and scenery, the Aboriginal history and the diverse wildlife.
Describe your perfect weekend?
A perfect weekend for Domenica would include going out and socialising with family and close friends topping off the day wining and dining including some lovely pasta!
What country do you like to visit most and why?
Domenica most likes to visit Dubai as she goes on holiday there on a regular basis. The foreign land appeals to her as well as Dubai’s life style, it is almost like a second home to her & her family when they visit.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Domenica loves cooking, in particular Italian cuisine. Domenica loves to shop and is always on the look out for any bargains on top end designer footwear and handbags.
Describe your background in insurance?
Shaquiel has little experience in insurance but feels as though M&DH is the perfect opportunity for him to learn and to enhance his knowledge within the commercial insurance industry.
What country would you most like to visit and why?
Shaquiel would like to visit Japan as it so culturally different and seems to be so far ahead in tech then most countries.
What is your dream car?
Shaquiel’s dream car would have to be a Lamborghini Revuelto.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Nathan is an avid sports enthusiast with a particular passion for football, both as a fan and a player. He regularly plays the sport on weekends. Nathan also maintains a regular gym regimen, attending on most weekdays.
What would your dream car be?
Nathan’s dream car is a Ford mustang GT.
What country would you most like to visit and why?
Nathan would most like to visit Greece, accompanied by his friends. He is drawn to the country for its vibrant events and rich history, including numerous iconic landmarks he wishes to visit.
What made Sukh join M&DH?
Sukh came from a fundraising background. He came across M&DH through a friend and has not looked back. He was looking for a land of opportunities where he could use his skills to the best of his abilities and progress further with a growing business.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Sukh is a family person who loves to spend valuable time with his family, partner and friends. He has a passion for cooking, video games and playing football after a good days work.
What is your dream car?
Sukh’s dream car is a Honda CRX VTEC
What made you want to work for M&DH?
He joined M&DH to finally make some greater strides for his own future, working as a probation officer and a judges Clarke in the past those jobs were much more individually based. He prefers a team effort and being part of something bigger than himself. Working for one another rather than just for himself.
Describe your perfect weekend?
Sachin loves his family greatly and wants to spend time with his nephew as possible. Weekends means sports whether that be watching football, boxing or the UFC. To time relax is always greatly appreciated and never taken for granted.
What is your dream car?
He does not drive due to being visually impaired so anyone generous enough to offer a free lift will be driving his favourite car. This also includes the bus driver. Just get him from A to B safely and he’ll always be appreciative.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Larenz enjoys playing a lot of football which he plays every weekend and likes going to watch Northampton Town as he is a season ticket holder. He also likes playing games on his PS4 in his spare time.

Larenz likes to spend money on clothes, shoes and holidays. He loves to travel and to visit new countries.

Larenz would love to visit Iceland because he’d like to experience the Northern Lights as well as a lot of other unique experiences out there
What made you join MDH?
Stefan has come in from a hospitality back ground working at a local hotel. After finding out from a friend, M&DH were looking for new staff. Stefan put forward his CV for Telesales as he was looking for a new challenge within a new industry, and since accepting the position at MDH he hasn’t looked back. Stefan hope’s to be part of the further growth and progression of the company, as he feels MDH is the perfect place to build a successful career.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Outside of work Stefan likes to keep himself fit and healthy – playing locally Saturday league football, and during the weekdays Stefan runs his own 6 a side football team. Away from the football Stefan likes to spend time with family catching up with how his sister is getting on with her studies, helping with any advice if he can.
What country would you like to visit most and why?
The place that Stefan would most like to visit would be Rio De Janero in Brazil, it’s the favelas that most catch his eye (The two most popular that he would like to see are Rocinha and Vidigal). He would also like to experience the stunning coastlines, they are definitely something not to miss. Stefan is intrigued to experience the variety of food as he has a passion for trying different cuisines from around the world.

What made you want to join M&DH?
Viktorija initially joined M&DH to take her career to the next level and deepen her expertise in software development. The diverse and challenging projects at M&DH were a perfect match for her ambitions. She mentioned, “There’s nothing I love more than collaborating with passionate individuals toward a common goal,” which is what drew her to the team at M&DH.
Current Role and Future Aspirations
As a mid-level developer, Viktorija has significantly grown her skill set and taken on more complex responsibilities. She continues to be deeply committed to expanding her knowledge of emerging technologies. Looking ahead, Viktorija aspires to take on even greater challenges, aiming to progress to a senior developer role or possibly a leadership position where she can inspire and guide others to achieve their best.

Viktorija remains fascinated by Dubai and hopes to visit it someday, captivated by its blend of modern innovation and cultural richness.
What are your aims here at M&DH?
Tom really likes to be challenged, to improve himself, and helping others accomplish their tasks easier, faster, and more reliable.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Tom would love to see himself travelling the world and gaining new experiences.

Tom has 25+ years’ experience in IT; of those, 15+ years he has spent as a professional. He is a software developer with expertise in custom desktop ERP solutions.
What is your career background?
Alekso has worked on many high profile projects over his 20 year career in the technology and software development sector, he has experience of both working on and managing projects which gives him a unique insight into the lifecycle of software development projects. He has always wanted to work in the tech sector and he feels it gives so many opportunities to progress and constantly develop skills and understanding, with the added bonus of sharing those experiences with other likeminded professionals.
Plans for the future?
Alekso is a very motivated individual with a lot of experience in software development and project management, he is a firm believer in constantly evaluating and improving not only in his personal life but in his professional career as well. Alekso enjoys using the skills he has to improve the projects he works on and encourages others to better themselves by offering support and advice where needed.
Describe your perfect weekend?
Alekso is a family man and spends all his spare time with them, he has a large family and enjoys spending times at family meals and with relatives, like with his work Alekso is always looking for things to improve and enjoys working on his family home.
What is your career background?
I finished my bachelors in computer science in India and master’s from Roosevelt University, USA.I started my career as a developer, which I enjoyed then found myself in a situation where the only job I could get was in testing which I liked even more. I’ve been a tester ever since. I feel that a tester who knows code is an asset to a software development team.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself enhancing my knowledge and expertise in the latest technologies and being capable of handling more high priority tasks at work. I am very passionate about test automation tools and technology, and I would love to automate the stuff which is getting repeated multiple times during our test cycles I would like to become best in my work in next 5 years and will be exploring more options apart from automation.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
I love to go for walks, Exploring new placing on Drives. Most of the weekends I completely relax and spend time with family and friends. I have set myself a goal to finish at least reading 50 books this year.
What are your aims at M&DH?
Harry would like to vastly expand his knowledge on the systems and ongoing projects here at M&DH. He believes that if he goes the extra step to improve his knowledge, then he can confidently assist his peers on a daily basis.
What country would you most like to visit and why?
Harry would love to visit the Maldives as he believes the beautiful sights and ocean would make it undeniably relaxing.

Harry’s perfect weekend would consist of drinks with his mates, swiftly followed by a stove baked pizza.
How have you progressed since joining M&DH?
In 2015, M&DH provided Ryan with the opportunity to launch his IT career. Having no prior commercial IT experience, M&DH provided the support he needed to gain an invaluable skillset, improving all aspects of his life in both professional and personal environments. His willingness to learn and grow as an individual has allowed him to excel, developing his IT skillset across a range of areas. During his time at M&DH, Ryan has become proficient in all aspects of IT, especially with cloud technologies, allowing him to design and implement scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of the company. He has also demonstrated initiative by programmatically automating key tasks, streamlining workflows, and improving overall efficiency within the IT department.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Ryan enjoys gaming in his spare time and socializing with like-minded friends. He is also a passionate football fan and always makes time to cheer on both Tottenham Hotspur and his local team, Real Bedford.
What country would you like to visit most and why?
Having recently ticked his number 1 destination off his list with a visit to Japan, Ryan would now like to visit numerous countries around Asia to experience the vast culture differences that he has also encountered on travels around Europe and the USA.
How have you progressed at M&DH?
Connor joined M&DH late 2014 as an apprentice within the IT industry, he soon became a fully fledged employee after achieving his certificate and later turned that into becoming Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate. Connor has developed his skills and business knowledge to which he was appointed as the IT Systems Manager in January 2017. He has manifested this opportunity into a professional career and continues to build upon it to better himself and contribute to all aspects of working life at M&DH.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Connor enjoys scoping out new music events to experience from a wide variety of music genres, from one off events to weekend music festivals. He tries to stay sociable and prefers to have something planned at the weekend with friends or family.
What are your key attributes?
Connor’s key attributes come from his data analytical skills! He takes much pride in ensuring his work is as best it can be, allowing his work to help influence business decisions and drive it forward. Working with data sets is what he enjoys and is where he thrives!
What is your career background?
Tim has worked within IT for 20 years, working in a variety of development roles. He started off as a Junior Developer writing Health & Safety software, working his way up to a Senior Developer role, and then as a Lead Developer for a mortgage network. Tim joined M&DH as a Software Development Manager 1 year ago and is responsible for managing and developing our teams in the UK and Macedonia.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Tim enjoys spending time with family, gaming, watching and playing sport (especially rugby!). He also has a passion for cooking outdoors on his BBQ, smoker and pizza oven.
What country would you most like to visit and why?
Tim would love to visit Italy because of the culture, history, amazing cities and of course the food!
Most demanding part of your role?
Alberto is creating a CRM System integrating all company’s departments, improving the business management and automating many back office functions which will drastically improve the company’s efficiency and productivity.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Alberto enjoys spending his free time with family and friends. He loves to travel, enjoys watching football and appreciates nature.
Plans for the future?
Alberto always wants to be a better person. Professional, he wants to know more and more, progress on his career and bring more business to the company through the company’s CRM System. Regarding himself, he wants to be happy and bring happiness to everyone around him.
What were your reasons for joining M&DH?
Neil joined M&DH wanting to work in a company where he could progress and have a long career in a technology based environment. Neil will continue to develop his team further at M&DH working with external contractors where required to deliver high quality technologies.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work Neil enjoys spending time with his family, going out with friends, eating out and playing basketball.
What place would you like to visit most and why?
Neil would like to go to mainland China to explore the cultural variety this fascinating country has to offer.
What is your career background?
Diane has experience in all types of accounts work from £5m bank reconciliation to raising invoices for £5! She had her own franchise for over 16 years, having lots of customers with face to face contact, where she did everything from taking meetings of 185 people in attendance over 3 sessions to the balancing of the books.
What made you want to work for M&DH?
Diane knew she was coming for an interview so researched the company website. When she read our values, Diane knew that she wanted to work for M&DH.
What do you do outside of work?
Diane has a large extended family as the youngest of 8 siblings (yes 8!), her and her husband have 2 boys, who are their world. She likes nothing better than setting up the air rifle and air pistol for target practice in the garden with her boys. Diane also likes to travel abroad and collects jewelry whilst on her travels, mainly second hand as she loves a bargain!
What made you join M&DH Insurance?
Chelsea joined M&DH in 2017 as she was ready for a change in her career, along with some exciting new challenges. She enjoys problem solving and working with numbers, so accounts was the perfect job opportunity for her. She looks forward to increasing her knowledge within the department and becoming a key member of staff.
Describe your perfect weekend?
Chelsea’s perfect weekend would be spending Saturday shopping with friends and catching up over a cocktail or two. She would spend Sunday going a long country walk with her bulldog followed by an afternoon in the kitchen trying out new recipes.
What country would you most like to visit?
Chelsea would most like to visit Australia, to experience the golden beaches, amazing weather and beautiful nature.
What is your career background?
Claire’s longest employment was at a backup power company for 16 years and following that was at a security company for 4 years where she raised invoices and maintenance contracts. Most recently Claire has been working as a doctor’s receptionist which was totally different to anything she has ever done before and is now looking forward to getting back to working with numbers at M&DH.

What do you enjoy outside of work?
Claire enjoys spending time with her family, especially making memories at the beach with her daughters and crazy dog. Days out with friends having good food and a few glasses of wine are always fun.
What have you achieved at M&DH?
Laura become part of M&DH in July 2014, coming from the travel and tourism industry and changing career paths, seizing a golden opportunity to join the accounts department. Laura heads up the credit control within M&DH and has built relationships with both clients and our finance providers over the years which continues to grow.
Describe your perfect weekend.
The perfect weekend in Laura’s eyes would be to chill out, spend time with her family and have a glass of vino with some nice food to wash it down.
What country would you like to visit most and why?
Laura would most like to visit Hawaii. She would like to enjoy sun, sea, cocktails & scenery and would even try surfing!
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Lucy enjoys spending time with her family and loved ones. She enjoys baking cupcakes in her spare time and many other yummy treats. Her ideal weekend would be a trip to Soho farmhouse with a dip in the pool and a picante to finish!
What were your reasons for joining M&DH?
Lucy started at M&DH in November 2015. She wanted a career in a business where she could progress and have a long future. Using her strict work ethic, she prospers in a department where her skills allow her to have a can-do attitude and is an integral part of the team.

What is your career background?
Natasha worked as a Team Supervisor for Boxclever (TV Rental company!) for her entire 33 year working life before volunteering for redundancy in November so felt ready for a new challenge!
Why did you want to work for M&DH?
Natasha wanted to learn something new and from her initial interview, felt M&DH were very friendly and liked the vibrancy within the office environment.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Chasing after my cocker spaniel ‘Loki’, shopping, eating out and reading.
What is your career background?
Alison’s very first job from school was working at an Insurance Brokers in Bedford and then she went on to spend 20 plus years working as a personal assistant within the finance/corporate investment sector in London.
What made you work for M&DH?
I really enjoyed working in London but wanted to find somewhere local with the same dynamic and feel. Having researched M&DH, I was impressed by their credentials and as soon as I walked in the door I could feel the enthusiasm and drive, but more importantly everyone working together.

Spending time with family and catching up with friends on a night out with great music and dancing.

Jessica’s perfect weekend would include meeting up with friends Saturday morning for breakfast before heading into London for shopping, food and cocktails. Sunday would consist of a big roast dinner in a country pub and then relaxing with friends and family.

Jessica would love to visit Jamaica to experience their culture, scenery, cuisine and beautiful beaches. She is hoping to travel there in the near future.

Kelly would spend her salary on clothes shopping, eating out with the family and treating her children, Lily and Archie!

Kelly would love a full day shopping in London followed by dinner and drinks, then a chilled day at home with her children watching films!
What have you brought to M&DH?
Kelly who is Cert CII qualified joined the administration team at M&DH in May 2015 with an abundance of insurance experience. She has used her skills and knowledge from her previous personal lines employment to adapt into the commercial environment of M&DH. Kelly has become a valued member of the admin team and is looking forward to her future within M&DH.
What is your career background?
Gemma previously worked for a national TV rental company as a sales manager. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, particularly in the customer service industry and will always go the extra mile in putting the customer first. She took a short career break to extend her family and wanted to work for a company that would allow her to have the work life balance, but also opportunities for further progression when the time was right. Naomi started her career in the hospitality industry, arranging events such as weddings and conferences. Naomi was able to gain great understanding of the importance of building client relations and arranging specifically what the client is after. Naomi joined M&DH on their Academy scheme, within this time was able to gain her Cert CII qualification and learn how the broking world works. Robyn previously worked in hospitality as a Team Lead in restaurants and enjoyed building rapport with the customers. During the pandemic Robyn went to work as a ward clerk within the NHS where she enjoyed the high pace work environment. What country would you like to visit?Phoebe would love to visit Australia to experience the culture, explore the beautiful scenery and visit some of the iconic attractions. She would also love to try surfing for the first time on one of Australia’s Bondi beach. Phoebe hopes to visit Australia soon.

Why did you join M&DH?
Prior to joining M&DH Charlotte was a student at Lincoln University, studying Criminology. During this time, she worked in Hospitality and gained a great understanding of building relationships with guests and always putting customers first. Stepping away from this, Charlotte was keen to learn new skills and continue to develop and widen her knowledge – whilst working to gain further qualifications. She joined M&DH due to the opportunities offered with an exceptional path of development and progression where she would be able to embark upon a fulfilling career.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with family and friends, going out for food and drinks and taking spontaneous trips discovering new places, especially city breaks!

Charlotte’s favourite trips have always been Florida and city breaks, in particular Venice and Madrid, being able to explore vast amounts of the areas with delicious tapas and pizza! Elliot mostly enjoys playing football which is something he does around 5 times a week. Alongside football Elliot also is an active member of his local gym which he aims to attend at least 4 times a week.

Elliot joined M&DH as an Academy Trainee early 2023. After 7 months in the Sales Support department, Elliot has recently graduated the Academy and has been promoted to Renewals Consultant. He is excited to start the new role and has his sights set on further growth within the company

Having joined M&DH Insurance straight from Sixth Form, Harvey has progressed through the business and has established himself as a knowledgeable and experienced Renewals Consultant within the Renewals Department.

Oli started his career working for a large conservation charity, he was there for two and a half years where he gained a great insight into how large organisations are run. He then briefly moved to a government agency where he was an apprentice project manager. After realising the role wasn’t quite for him, Oli joined M&DH in February 2022 to learn about a new industry and take advantage of the opportunities M&DH has to offer.
What country would you most like to visit and why?
At the top of Oli’s list is New Zealand where he would like to see the stunning scenery, chill out and watch some rugby whist he is there.

Before joining M&DH 2 years ago, Alex worked in the construction sector as a roofer along with other trades. Having transferred his experience over to Insurance, he has established a loyal client base with supporting technical knowledge to ensure that there every client is covered.

What made you join M&DH?
Mauricio always had sales roles since leaving university. After working as a sales executive for Audi for a number of years, he Fancied a new challenge with the ideal of getting his weekends back. He came across M&DH, their ethos and values are for a company that not only he wants to start his next chapter with, but also develop his skills and be an integral part of the team for years to come!
What country would you like to visit and why?
America, Mauricio’s dream holiday would be to start off in New York, then fly over to the west coast, visit key places along the coast in something American muscle and finish off in Las Vegas.

Christie joined M&DH in 2017 and started at Front of House, since then she has progressed from Admin into the Renewals team. In the six years Christie has worked for M&DH she has developed knowledge and experience within the insurance sector.

Outside of work Christie enjoys going out with her friends and family, shopping, eating out & running.

Before working at M&DH Insurance, Morgan worked as a Barista and decided to try something new so applied for the M&DH Insurance Academy role in Sales Support. After passing his Cert CII he then moved to Renewals where he has progressed for the past 5 years and was promoted Senior Renewals Consultant in 2022. Morgan then received a further promotion to Assistant Manager in January 2023. Even with his succession in insurance, he still knows how to make a mean cup of coffee!
What genre of music do you listen to most and who is your favourite artist?
Morgan enjoys listening to a broad range of music from classic rock to tech house and everything in between. To say he has a favourite artist would be too difficult to say but is open to anything.

Morgan enjoys going to the gym, producing music, playing guitar and cycling. He also enjoys going out for dinner with his friends and family.

Charlotte finished University at Sheffield Hallam and began a career in Hospitality, running restaurants and events. During this time, she built up relationships with many clients and always put the customers first. Having worked at M&DH for a number of years now Charlotte was promoted to Assistant Manager of the renewals team and in January 2023, was again promoted to Renewals Manager.

Charlotte began her career at M&DH in Sales Support, after passing her Cert CII exams she joined the renewals team. Having progressed within the company Charlotte is now the Manager of the renewals team and uses her comprehensive insurance knowledge to assist the team ensuring they continue to deliver above and beyond to our existing customers.

Charlotte’s perfect weekend would consist of a glass of wine or two with friends or spending time with her family.

Scott has worked within sales for over 10 years. Scott has a variety of experience ranging across different sectors where he has always strived to meet each one of his customers’ needs with impeccable dedication and work rate. Scott is now taking his first steps into the insurance industry with the same values in place.

When Scott has some down time to relax, you can bet that you will see him on the golf course. Scott is also a big football fan and supports Liverpool.

Prior to working at M&DH, Kristian worked in the Automotive industry for 6 years after graduating University. He worked in Fleet Sales within his previous company and used his drive to regularly achieve sales targets. Jack saw a door of opportunity to work for a fast-growing independent business and now has over 5 years’ experience within the Commercial Insurance Industry. Robert has worked within sales for the past 13 years within a variety of industries including car sales and workwear, however Robert has now worked within insurance for the better part of decade applying his skills of finding solutions to his clients protecting their business and livelihoods.

Robert enjoys and spends most of his time with his wife and 3 children on days out and walks to the park. Robert also enjoys watching most sports including golf, American football, F1 and more importantly, cheering on his favourite football team, Tottenham Hotspur.

Rob listens to a variety of music but has always had a favourite in in 90’s R&B and Hip Hop. As time has gone on Rob doesn’t listen to as much new music and prefers his favourite radio station Heart 90’s.

Adam has worked in sales for 10 years, most of those years have been spent as a Valuations Manager for a large corporate Estate Agency. In 2020 he changed career and went into the Insurance industry starting at a Life Insurance company working solely remotely. Adam missed the buzz of a sales office so was excited about the opportunity to work at M&DH Insurance and is looking forward to becoming Cert CII qualified and progressing his career in Commercial Insurance.
What country would you most like to visit?
Adam loves to travel with his fiancé, before Covid-19 entered our lives Adam spent 6 months in America, Canada, Thailand and Vietnam. But one country that has not been ticked off the list is New Zealand. Hopefully it won’t be too long before they get to explore the beautiful island.

Adam’s perfect weekend would be spent watching Liverpool (and seeing them win for a change) who he has supported for 25 years or watching F1.
What is your career background?
Prior to working at M&DH, Cameron was at the same sales organisation for his entire working life; 8 years. He was the top biller within the company, and this was down to being extremely target driven as well as how well he dealt with each customer on a day to day basis. He joined M&DH to transfer his knowledge to a different industry where he hopes to achieve greater success and grow as a salesperson.

Outside of work, Cameron manages a Bedfordshire County Premier Division football team, which is his primary hobby.

Stacey joined M&DH in July 2022, in this time she has been placed within the Admin, Sales Support and Renewals teams and has now progressed to the Broking team. What do you enjoy most about working in the insurance industry?
I particularly enjoy helping clients find solutions for the risks associated with their business and enjoy the consultancy element to my role. I have been working in the commercial insurance industry for over 10 years , during which I have continuously aimed to deliver a professional service to all my clients. My key skills are identifying my client’s exposures and providing a solution to protect and benefit those clients, and ensure we continue a long business relationship. I have worked with M&DH since 2015, initially as Commercial Insurance Consultant but in January 2019 I was asked to lead the sales team and be a key part of the long-term business growth plans, and I have never looked back. After graduating Bath university Tara wanted a different route from biology related professions. Dan joined M&DH as an Academy Trainee learning about the world of insurance while studying for his Cert CII exams. After passing the exams with flying colours he utilised this knowledge to progress into a Senior Sales Support role in which he honed his skills, keeping the great customer service levels that M&DH is known for and building relationships with their insurer panel. This meant he dealt with the insurers on a day to day basis which saw him working further within the trading teams. His internal promotion to the newly formed Broking Team was a natural progression for Dan in developing his skillset and continuing to push forward the growth of M&DH.

Outside of work Dan likes to socialise and shop, you will never find him to far away from a clothes shop or with some friends watching the football.

Steve Sherwood’s journey with M&DH since 2005 stands as a testament to dedication and expertise. As the Broking Director at M&DH, Steve’s future plans are focused on a growth strategy. Key to this vision is the development of innovative products and services that not only meet the evolving needs of our clients but also set new industry benchmarks. Equally important is the commitment to enhancing M&DH’s brand and reputation, this will be achieved through a mix of targeted marketing, and leadership initiatives, all designed to solidify M&DH’s position as a leader in the insurance sector. Having gained experience in the Insurance sector working for both UK and USA based brokers, Alex has a vast understanding of the industry which is also backed by his Diploma in Insurance. Having worked for one of the largest independents in the country as the commercial schemes sales manager and as an international commercial producer for the largest independent in the USA, Alex feels he is equipped to support M&DH with its future growth plans.
What are your future plans?
As MD Alex’s plans are to develop M&DH into one of the leading providers of construction and manufacturing solutions in the UK and to grow the business into one of the most successful independents in the country. The 5-year plan to double the business by 2020 has been achieved with further product diversification on the horizon after launching a market leading commercial combined product.
