“I believe people do not get enough praise whenever they go beyond their normal duties to help people, one such person is a member of your Front of House team. I was wanting some documents sent to me and my email was playing up. The papers were important to me and I explained to this lady that I was not receiving them on my computer. Because of her help they arrived by post. Therefore I think she deserves a thank you for her professional approach to my situation.”
