Gemma previously worked for a national TV rental company as a sales manager. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, particularly in the customer service industry and will always go the extra mile in putting the customer first. She took a short career break to extend her family and wanted to work for a company that would allow her to have the work life balance, but also opportunities for further progression when the time was right. Hearing M&DH is a fast growing business with fantastic openings, she joined the team in November 2017 and hasn’t looked back since. Gemma was promoted as the Admin Team leader in 2021 building on her successes in line with her career goals at M&DH allowing her to continue delivering the high standards to our clients and her team.
Outside of work Gemma has a passion for clothes shopping and keeps herself fit by attending circuit classes when she can. She enjoys eating out and socialising with friends, but most importantly loves spending quality time with her family.
Gemma’s key attributes are being loyal, adaptable and is highly driven to succeed on completing any task given.
