Naomi started her career in the hospitality industry, arranging events such as weddings and conferences. Naomi was able to gain great understanding of the importance of building client relations and arranging specifically what the client is after. Naomi joined M&DH in November 2016 and wanted to use her skillset in a different industry.
Naomi joined M&DH on their Academy scheme, within this time was able to gain her Cert CII qualification and learn how the broking world works. After graduating from the Academy scheme, Naomi was promoted to Sales Support Manager, where the team assist all client’s mid-term, after 3 years in this role Naomi took the opportunity of becoming the HR Officer for M&DH, Naomi is currently undergoing her CIPD qualification and hopes to be completed early 2023.
Naomi’s perfect weekend would be spending time with family and friends, eating good food and washing it down with a few G&T’s!
