What is your career background?

Ryan has worked in sales for 18 years specialising in identifying his clients biggest exposures and needs and finding a practical cost effective solution that has played a huge part in growing his client base and his success. All the skills learned over the last 18 years have been developed both in the UK, Spain, Dubai & Sicily which has created opportunities to apply his trade in different environments and sectors and is why he is a great addition to the M&DH team.

What were your reasons for joining M&DH?

Ryan came to work for M&DH as he saw working for a Sunday Times Top 100 company as the best (& only!) place to be at the start of his career in the industry. This has also given him a huge hunger & desire to obtain his Cert CII to help him develop his career. With him being a very driven individual, the chance to also work his way up & progress through the company was an opportunity too good to pass up. M&DH ticked all his boxes for where he wants to be & more importantly, go, in his career.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Ryan enjoys spending most of his time with his 2 year old son Caelan. He also still plays 5 a side football & is a keen golfer.
