What is your career background?

Diane has experience in all types of accounts work from £5m bank reconciliation to raising invoices for £5! She had her own franchise for over 16 years, having lots of customers with face to face contact, where she did everything from taking meetings of 185 people in attendance over 3 sessions to the balancing of the books.

What made you want to work for M&DH?

Diane knew she was coming for an interview so researched the company website. When she read our values, Diane knew that she wanted to work for M&DH.

What do you do outside of work?

Diane has a large extended family as the youngest of 8 siblings (yes 8!), her and her husband have 2 boys, who are their world. She likes nothing better than setting up the air rifle and air pistol for target practice in the garden with her boys. Diane also likes to travel abroad and collects jewelry whilst on her travels, mainly second hand as she loves a bargain!
