What is your career background?

Oli started his career working for a large conservation charity, he was there for two and a half years where he gained a great insight into how large organisations are run. He then briefly moved to a government agency where he was an apprentice project manager. After realising the role wasn’t quite for him, Oli joined M&DH in February 2022 to learn about a new industry and take advantage of the opportunities M&DH has to offer.

What country would you most like to visit and why?

At the top of Oli’s list is New Zealand where he would like to see the stunning scenery, chill out and watch some rugby whist he is there.

Describe your perfect weekend?

Oli’s perfect weekend would include taking his dog for a walk, watching rugby or Formula 1 with a couple of beers, and going to the pub with friends and family.
