What made you want to join M&DH?

Vanco has worked as a developer for most of his career and enjoys the challenges of large scale programming projects, he has worked in the financial services sector on numerous development projects and wanted to expand his experience working with an international team using different technologies.

What are your key attributes?

Vanco is able to focus on specifics whilst retaining the overall sense of direction in a project, he has an eye for detail and is quick to spot alternate ways of refining code and maximising efficiency.

What do you enjoy doing out of work?

Vanco enjoys spending time with his family, going on days out with them experiencing the wonderful outdoors with all that Macedonia has to offer, he has a wide circle of friends and often enjoys visiting them with his family to share experiences.
