I started my insurance career in 2009 giving 7 days free insurance to Mercedes-Benz customers upon purchase of their new vehicle, trying to upsell a full annual policy at the same time. Having worked there for a few years I become one of the top sales people on the floor with the responsibility of training and coaching new employees. I left the company to pursue my career in Commercial Insurance working with corporate clients in the Engineering sector. The bulk of my Insurance experience is down to working in the Small Business Unit writing SME business for a multitude of trades and sectors. Lastly, before joining M&DH, I worked facilitating insurance quotations and services for a network of 90+ Insurance brokers dotted all over the UK.
My experience and knowledge of the industry, sectors and people make me a perfect advocate for professionalism, efficiency and accuracy. With a wealth of knowledge in the Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction industries, I have what it takes to ensure that the customer has the best level of protection and the best possible price.
I aim to become one of the most trusted, senior insurance consultants within the business. Managing a book of business where each and every customer can be safe in the knowledge their business requirements are fully catered for and they are not paying through the roof for a piece of paper that won’t pay out in the event of a claim.
